Supplier Information and Guidelines
Essential details for suppliers and couples working with us.
License Cut Off
Music and Alcohol must stop at 23:00 in accordance with our license and out of respect to our neighbors.
Bouncy Castles
Bouncy Castles that intend to be in operation for longer than 4 hours will need their own generator supply to prevent to much strain on our electric supply during the course of the day.
Is there Internet
Due to being in a rural location we strongly advise suppliers make sure they have their own devices that supply WIFI. Mobile Signal can be unreliable so please do not reply on Phone Data and Hotspots.
Waste Disposal
We have limited waste disposal capacity on site. We therefore ask that all suppliers either separate their waste into the appropriate recycling bins where possible or take all waste away with them at the end of the event. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the venue clean and environmentally conscious.
Use of Venue Crockery
Our team is small, so if you are planning to reuse our crockery throughout the day, we kindly ask that your team uses our designated pot wash area to clear and wash plates between courses or services. This helps ensure everything is available when needed and supports the smooth running of the day.
Food Safety
Caterers are fully responsible for the preparation, storage, service and disposal of all food brought onto the premises. As we do not hold a Food Hygiene licence, we are unable to advise on or take responsibility for food safety after service. If any food from the wedding breakfast is to be retained for later consumption, it is the caterer’s responsibility to provide the couple with clear guidance on safe storage and the length of time the food can safely remain out before it should be refrigerated or discarded.
