£6,000 | Friday – Sunday

Our full weekend wedding experience.

The Diamond Package is perfect for couples who want plenty of time to settle in, prepare and celebrate without feeling rushed.

You’ll have Hoad Farm from Friday to Sunday, with two nights’ accommodation across our three holiday cottages, sleeping up to 12 guests in total.

Our Ruby Package gives you the opportunity to enjoy Hoad Farm for two nights, while taking advantage of our midweek pricing.

You’ll have the venue from Tuesday to Thursday, with two nights across all three holiday cottages, sleeping up to 12 guests.

You’ll have two nights in all three holiday cottages, sleeping up to 12 guests, alongside use of the venue and its facilities.

It’s a wonderful option for couples looking for a more intimate winter celebration, without compromising on the charm of a Hoad Farm wedding.

🌿 Thistle Package

£2,750 | November – March

Our most affordable winter wedding option.

For couples looking to keep things simple, our Thistle Package offers venue hire and our core facilities without on-site accommodation.

Available between November and March for weddings of up to 50 guests, it’s a great way to enjoy Hoad Farm while keeping your venue costs lower.

✨ Inclusive Wedding Package

£6,950 | Up to 60 guests

Less planning. More celebrating.

If you’d rather spend less time coordinating the different elements of your wedding, our Inclusive Wedding Package brings some of the biggest parts of your day together under one package.

For up to 60 guests, the package includes:

• Venue hire (See Diamond Package)
• Two nights’ accommodation across all three holiday cottages
• Accommodation for up to 12 guests
• Wedding Coordinator support throughout the planning process and on the wedding day
• Basic table décor for up to 10 tables, with selected colours available
• All-day catering
• Bar service

There are also optional additions available, including:

• Pimm’s & Prosecco – £8.50 per person
• Booze Box – £16 per person
• Additional day catering – £41 per person
• Additional evening catering – £6.50 per person

This package is ideal for couples who want the relaxed, personal feel of Hoad Farm, while having more of the practical elements of their wedding taken care of for them.
