Welcome to our Cottages………

Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, our cottages have been lovingly built on the original site of the old pigsty.

The surrounding area is teaming with wildlife and we are well placed for rambling routes and country walks, visit the St. Martin’s Church, Acrise which dates back some 900 years retaining the simplicity and atmosphere of its original early Norman construction. With the City of Canterbury, Folkestone, Ashford and Dover with its historical Castle and famous White Cliffs within easy reach, London and Paris just a short journey away you will be spoilt for choice for things to do and places to visit. Other attractions that are close by are Howletts and Port Lympne Zoos, Discover British Wildlife at Wildwood and take a leisurely journey on the Hythe to Dymchurch miniature steam railway.

Wisteria Cottage

One Superking size bedroom with en-suite shower room and one twin room with two single beds, separate bathroom, Lounge/dinning area with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, Smart T.V. with free view.

Tulip Cottage

Two double bedrooms both with double beds, one with en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room, Lounge/dinning area with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, Smart T.V. with free view.

Olive Tree Cottage

One double bedroom with en-suite shower room and one twin room with two single beds, separate bathroom, Lounge/dinning area with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, Smart T.V. with free view.

All Cottages are Non Smoking, pets allowed at the discretion of Mr & Mrs McCrystal (owners). Disabled access – All the cottages are on ground floor level with wheelchair access and wide doors. The shower rooms are designed as walk in showers/wet rooms.

A deposit of 33% is payable on booking and the balance payable 30 days before occupancy.

When you make this booking you are entering into an agreement with us and the following Terms & Conditions apply.

Prices: The price includes accommodation for up to 4 people.
We accept the following forms of payments – direct bank payment, cheque or card

payment: A deposit will be required to secure your booking and the balance of your invoice will be due 8 weeks before your arrival.

Arrival: Please arrive after 3pm and if possible confirm your approximate arrival time beforehand.

Departure: Please be ready to leave the accommodation at 10.00am on your date of
departure, unless otherwise arranged. All outstanding bills will be payable on departure.

Pets: The decision to allow pets will remain with the owners Mr & Mrs McCrystal. If you wish to bring your pet(s) then this will need to be arrange prior to making your booking and an extra charge will be required.

Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to 8 weeks before your booking commences, you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling you will be liable for the full amount.

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was not available for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however; if this was not possible or acceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our Liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages that you cause to the accommodation, contents and surrounding grounds. Any damages or breakages must be reported as soon as they occur. We will not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repairs or making good if the damage or breakages are significant and we may make an additional charge of £50.00 if you do not report this.

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of our employment.
