Hello!
If you are reading this page you may be a supplier who is about to attend out wedding venue for an event or wedding!
In that case i have complied some information that may be useful to you.
We always encourage new suppliers to drop us and email or come and visit us to see the venue and the space. You will also get to meet some of our team members so you have familiar faces on the day!
We are availble for meetings on weekends and also weekdays Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm.

Important Information
Caterers
As of 2027 there will be a £50 charge for Catering Suppliers using our mains electricity and Water during an Event.
Caterers are welcome to use our Plates and Cutlery but please note that you will be reposnisble for their care and for washing them up after use in the potwash area as we do not have a front of house team.
We perfer Caterers to cook in the BBQ as it allows for Caterers to have privacy while working. We will then send guests round to get their food table by table in the abscence of table service.
We do not have a food and hygiene licsence so External Caterers will need to provide evidence they do have one of their own.
The Venue Staff cannot serve or handle food.
DJ and Entertainemnt
As of 2027 there will be a £25 charge for DJ Suppliers using our mains electricity during an Event.
We perfer DJ’s to work up on our mezzamine floor that overlooks the dancefloor to make best use of the space in the Venue
During the Event we will make regular sound checks up the road to ensure that the music level remains at level respectable to our neighbours. We will always keep you informed of this or any noise complaints.
During an Event should the DJ be encharge of any ceremony music, first dance songs or introducing the cake cutting we will liason with you during the day to make you aware of timings or any changes to schedule to ensure a smooth running of the Event.
Liscensing requires music to be stopped at 23:00 hours. We will then turn the lights on to signal to guests that the evening is coming to an end. Someone will remain on site for you to pack up and say goodbye when leaving.
There is 6 double sockets on the mezzamine floor including a floor socket to provide power.
We do have our own Entertainment Licence.
Mobile Bars
As of 2027 there will be a £25 charge for Bar Suppliers using our mains electricity during an Event.
There is space for a generator should that be your preference in electricity. If not their is both a 13v Socket and several double sockets outside where mobile bars typically park.
We encourage bars to make a site visit so they can see if the wish to set up outside if they have the facility or if they will be using the inside space.
We do have two beer taps for Bars setting up in the kitchen area. This is for Bar Suppliers only rather than self caterered Bars.
Mobile Bars are responsible for their own Rubbish and for the washing up of any glasses used. Staff will be on site to help with this when the bar is very Busy.
We do have our own Alcohol Licence.
